Capitalizing on his twenty-five years in industrial real estate brokerage, Tom started Tom Wilson and Associates, LLC H36954, in 2000 to concentrate specifically on land acquisitions and industrial brokerage. After the initial success of the first company, Tom decided to form a new entity. In 2008, Tom and his partner, Scott Hutchison started Wilson Hutchison Realty, LLC H60297. The firm focuses on providing its clients with comprehensive real estate service on all aspects for development and landlord representation on industrial projects as well as office and retail properties.

In January of 2011, the firm expanded the company’s presence in the Metro Atlanta market by bringing on additional agents and staff. Wilson Hutchison Realty, LLC now has a residential department that focuses on single family and multifamily acquisitions/dispositions as well as traditional home buyer and seller representation. In addition, the company has experience in distressed assets, both commercial and residential, throughout the North Atlanta market.

Within its first nine years of existence, Tom Wilson and Associates, LLC generated sales of over $364 Million dollars, primarily in sales and land acquisitions for its clients.
